- On Sunday (July 13) there will be a bus service at the disposal of the ICPOC participants from 9.00 to 22.30.
- For those who arrive earlier or later than July 13, the local bus service from the airport is as it follows:

Note: Participants will not be given lunch tickets since the university refectories offer a varied lunch menu at good prices.
Excursion to A Coruña:
On Wednesday (July 16) there will be an excursion to A Coruña with all expenses covered (transport, buffet lunch and guide).
You can choose from a visit by boat by the ria or a guided visit through.
Note that the two plenary lectures scheduled for July 16 will take place in A Coruña.
Please confirm your participation in advance (not later than July 13).
Instructions to authors:
IF NECESSARY, speakers are invited to turn in their slides, properly numbered, to the projector operator before the beginning of the session during which their communication will be given.
If you intend to use the projector, please inform the organisers about it (at least 2 days before your presentation).
Pendrives and CDs will also be accepted for PowerPoint presentations.
The authors of posters are kindly requested to mount their posters on the appropriate board, marked with their poster number, in the morning preceding the poster session they were assigned to and remove them at the end of the session.
